Tonight, we did hummus with 3 students, one gendleman and 2 ladies.I thank them very much and I hope they won't stop buying my hummus because they know how to make their own now.

Bellarmine University's cooking class 31st of August at 5.30



































































The class was finally a reality. The students arrived all eager to learn and eat.






















I demonstrated the tecnique of how to make moussaka, baklava, tzatziki and greek salad.
