Bellarmine University's cooking class 31st of August at 5.30



































































The class was finally a reality. The students arrived all eager to learn and eat.






















I demonstrated the tecnique of how to make moussaka, baklava, tzatziki and greek salad.






















Every body ate and enjoyed the class. Here are the pictures.
