
I am from Greece the most beautiful island,
Crete.
I was born in the most southern eastern part of
Crete. Which one is that? I let you find out.

Sorry, I just got your comment. I will certainly start my wonderful Cretan dishes with my mom's stuffed grape leaves. Poor woman she would get up at 5.00 a.m to start rolling them so we could have plenty the whole day we were visiting plus take some with us. My mom passed away 26 March 2005 while I was in the States. She is in my heart and my memories the way I remember her alive.
So, let me move on,here is a problem with my Cretan recipes.
I will have to start taking my own pictures so I won't get in trouble.
